Tom is the tall, loud, trained chef of the duo. He was born and raised in Yellowknife, has competed on a national stage and worked in multiple restaurants for over 12-years.
Jer was also born and raised in Yellowknife. He is a food enthusiast and considers smoking and barbequing food as art and a science.
